Azure User Managemet
- Lets create the following users in your account
- Amerandra Bahubali
- SivaGami
- Mahendra Bahubali
- Bhallala Deva
- Katappa
- Bejjala Deva
- DevaSena
- Avantika
- Open Azure Active Directory and make note of primary domain name
- Create a new user
- Now lets login as this user. Open a new browser or incognito
- When you want to create multiple users use Bulk Create options, where you are expected to fill a CSV Sheet.
- This enables authentication into Azure account.
- Now to enable authorization to a user, login as global adminstrator and give permissions i.e. assign roles at subscription level or resource group level or resource level
- Lets discuss about 3 basic roles
- Reader => Reader will have read permissions
- Contributor => Create/Update/Delete Permissions
- Owner => Contributor + He/She can assign permissions to other users.
- Now lets give permsission at subscription level as Reader to
- Amerandra Bahubali

- View all the Roles available at subscription level
- Now try giving contributor access to SivaGami at subscription level.
- Give Reader access to (Gaurds of Kingdom)

- Give Owner access to (Rulers of Kingdom)

- To manage permissions to multiple users, we create groups and assign roles to groups

Now assign roles to group which will translate to users
- Note: Our Organizations already have all the employee information store in LDAP i.e. Active Directory
