Azure Account
- When we create an Azure account a tenant will be created or if your organization uses office 365, then you already have a tenant.
- To use Azure we need subscriptions
- To Create azure account
- Ensure you create a microsoft account (outlook.com)
- navigate to Refer Here
- use your microsoft account and create the subscription
- Note: Ensure your master or visa card has international transfers enabled.

Tenants:
- Azure AD/Microsoft Entra Id is used as Tenant in Azure and Office 365
- We create users, groups, application access etc using Tenant.

Azure AD/Microsoft entra id is Identity as a service.
- Identity for Applications
- Identity for Organizations/Enterprises
- Other Scenarios.
Create a user
- Login into Azure with your root account (Owner Account)
- Navigate to Microsoft Entra Id
- Open a new browser or inprivate mode and navigate to Refer Here
- After creating the user login with new user and check subscriptions. They will be empty as we have not permitted the current user

To provide permissions (Authorization), Azure provides the following levels
- Management Group
- Subscription
- Resource group
- Resource level
- In the class today we have given resource group level access and verified.
