Migrating Single Server to AWS (Contd)
- The migration status
- Lets create the test instance from the replicated data(disk contents)
- For the test instance, ensure to allocate public ip (Elastic IP) and also open necessary ports in the security group
- For connecting to the test instance use the same pem file or same username and password as the source
- NOw test your application
- Now mark the replication for cutover
- Once the cutover is finished finalize cutover
