Lets setup an active directory with users and groups

Create a windows 2016 server and consider it to be your on-premises ad server.

Launch Server Manager and turn of the security for internet explorer

Now Add roles and features

Now promote the domain controller

Now the machine will be restarted try to connect after few minutes and launch server manager and navigate to Local server

Now lets add users

Lets create a groups and users to the group
