- Monitoring is the continous process of collection , metrixs, logs, tracking application.

- Iops – read/wirte -persecond
consisting of Metrics
- Name – what being measured (cpu, memory…etc)
- value- quantity at point of time (measure percentance at point of specific time how much cpu utilized)
- Timestamp – when you want measure was recorded

- setup alerts/alarms for Threshold (Threshold is like boundry for your rules)
- Take action automatically -> scalling or notification or activity
