scalling:

1. Manually update the capacity: Maintain a fixed amount of instances.
   1. no of vms
2. Autoscaling: Scaling based on a CPU metric, on any schedule.
   1. custom rule
3. No scaling profile: manual attach virtual machines after deployment

Pre-requests:

1. vm image
   1. create vm or azure image template
   2. install and create image

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install apache2 stress -y
sudo systemctl enable apache2 && sudo systemctl start apache2 

2. Load balancer
