Azure AD B2C (Business to customer)

Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Active Directory Sync/Federation

• Azure AD uses following authentications
  • Cloud Authentication: Azure AD handles the authentication process for user signin. We have two options
    • Password Hash syncronization
      
    • Pass through authentication
      
  • Federated Authentication
    
• Lab Setup:
  • Active directory domain controller:
    • Windows Server with AD Domain Services enabled
    • Azure AD Connect to sync users with Azure AD
    • Login Windows Server user into Azure Portal
