Storage Migrations
- For storage migrations we need to consider the following
- Is this one time action ?
- Is this on going activity ?
- One time activity
- If the time to upload the data is with in acceptable time period, we perform online migration other wise offline migration
- Offline Transfers:
- These can be performed by Azure Data box devices.
- Microsoft will ship these device to your data centers, transfer the data into it
- Microsoft will physically transfer the data into cloud storage of your account.
- Online Transfers: These can be performed by Databox Gateways
