Network Disk Storage

  • Overview:
  • In Azure the network disk storages are called as file shares
  • They are available as part of storage account
  • Lets create two linux vms
  • Lets create a storage account
    • Create a file share






    • mount the file share in two linux vms
    • Copy the script from connect and make it a shell file .sh
    • run .sh file on linux instances

    • General purpose V2
    • Premium File shares

  • This is a service offered by azure for different storage solutions
    • unmanaged disks
    • blob storage
    • log storage
    • table storage
    • file shares
