Create users and groups in Domain Controller

  • As done in the class, create two groups and two users. Ensure Memberships are also added

Azure AD Connect

  • Azure AD Connect is the tool designed to accomplish hybrid identity
  • It has following features
    • Password has synchronization
    • Pass-through authentication
    • Federation integration
  • Setup Azure AD by downloading Refer Here
  • If the error for enabling tls Refer Here
  • To Enable TLS 1.2 on windows Server 2016 Execute the following powershell

  • Now Enter the detail in Azure AD Connect with express settings and wait for the synchronization to happen
  • Once the synchronization is completed, the users of Windows Active Directory will be synchronized to Azure AD.
