For Hyper V Based Migrations Refer Here

Create two new resource groups with vnet in them
- One for test
- One for prod

Now navigate to Azure migrate and open the replicated servers and select any server

Repeat the same activities for other servers as well

Azure recommends performing few test migrations on each server b4 cutoff date
-
Once you are done with test migrations and everything is ok. Announce the cutoff date (generally over weekend)
