DB Parameter Groups
- DB Engines configuration can be controlled using parameter groups
- For every engine the parameters will be different, when you create a database, rds will use the default parameters to create the db
DB Subnet Groups
- DB Subnets Groups allow you to choose the VPC and the subnet ids by selecting the needed AZ’s
DB OptionS Group
- Some Db Engines they offer some additional features and these can be used in RDS using option Groups
