Installation

Configuration

  • Create a IAM User as mentioned over here
  • Now launch powershell (or any terminal)
aws configure
  • To Test connectivity execute aws s3 ls

Finding right cli command.

  • To find the right command, lets use google query
aws vpc cli
  • Command will be
aws ec2 create-vpc --cidr-block 192.168.0.0/16 
# store vpc id
  • Now create subnet
aws ec2 create-subnet --vpc-id 'vpc-0d58cffa5e4df9dc6'  --availability-zone 'us-west-2a' --cidr-block '192.168.0.0/24'
  • Now continue to create vpc with 4 subnets out of which two subnets are private and 2 are public.

  • Create a Security Group and NACL
