After Successful setup of Replication in Azure Site Recovery, user can do
- Test Failover: Will confirm if the failover works
- Failover: Will actually perform the failover by creating a vm in the other Region.

On the Similar lines when you create backup, there will options to restore.
Azure Batch
- This is service to create Batch Jobs on High Compute Machines.
- Create a pool of Servers with Size
- Create a Job assign the pool and Tasks
- Each Task has a command that can be executed.
